your plushie should not be put into the washer! spot wash it with a rag! my plushies are hand sewn without a sewing machine so they are not to be roughed up!
IF THE PLUSH HAS A HOLE
if your plushie has a hole or someway along the line your plush wears down and gets a hole, please dm me and i will tell you how you can fix your baby!
MY PLUSH WAS DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?!
if your plush comes damaged i can ship another one for free but i will need proof that it was damaged!

WHY ARE YOUR PLUSHIES SO EXPENSIVE?
my plushies are handsewn,they are not made on a sewing machine it takes me HOURS to finish a plushie and then to go over it and check for mistakes.i buy all my materials! my fabric alone cost is expensive, so that including buttons,lace,stuffing,beads,other fabric...and the hours i put into these plushies is a lot!

my jumbo customs are 195 plus shipping due to having to buy the fabric for your plushie if i don't have it, that includes all the materials if i don't have them! plus it's a CUSTOM plush:)
